de Le\u00f3n&#8221; a la maratonista Flora Moreno L\u00f3pez, \u201cLa Monarca\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moreno L\u00f3pez, es la primera mujer que gan\u00f3 la carrera de los barrios y la primera atleta mexicana en ganar la medalla de oro en los Juegos Centroamericanos de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico en 1990, por ejemplo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image primera mujer en ganar la carrera de los barrios, el mejor tiempo de Guanajuato y de M\u00e9xico que no lo han superado todav\u00eda y que sigue siendo un referente\u201d, expres\u00f3 Ale Guti\u00e9rrez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Afirm\u00f3 que \u201cnos sentimos bien orgullosos de ti y por eso el que hoy est\u00e9s aqu\u00ed y podamos seguirte reconociendo lo que has hecho durante toda tu vida porque lo que queremos es que m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes te conozcan, m\u00e1s ni\u00f1os, m\u00e1s adultos para que puedan seguir tu camino, para que tu experiencia de vida le sirva a otros para que puedan ver que aun cuando hay much\u00edsimos retos en la vida, cuando hay much\u00edsimos obst\u00e1culos, cuando t\u00fa tienes un sue\u00f1o y decides sabiamente salir
